广西区人民医院简介
广西壮族自治区人民医院创建于1941年，是自治区人民政府主办、自治区卫生健康委直属的广西规模最大的三级甲等公立医院，2021年5月获批挂牌广西医学科学院，承担医疗、科研、教学、预防、保健、康复和健康管理等工作任务。已形成“两院三区四门诊”格局，“两院”即广西医学科学院和广西壮族自治区人民医院，“三区”即桃源院区、东院院区和北院院区，“四门诊”即桃源院区门诊、东院院区门诊、北院院区门诊以及外设门诊星湖门诊，编制床位数3755张，在职职工6000多人。2021年医院门急诊诊疗、服务患者达287.19万人次，出院病人11.1786万人次。医院先后荣获全国卫生系统先进集体、全国抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进集体、自治区主席质量奖提名奖（排名第一）、八桂楷模等多项荣誉。
学科齐全，重点突出。医院是广西的医疗中心，目前，医院拥有消化内科、眼科、护理、耳鼻咽喉头颈科4个国家临床重点专科，1个国家中管局“十一五”重点专科，4个临床医学研究中心，29个广西临床重点专科，18个广西医疗卫生重点（培育）学科，4个广西妇幼健康服务重点学科，16个国家级培训基地，20个自治区级医疗中心，广西眼健康重点实验室获自治区级重点实验室，医院获批建设放射治疗于金明院士工作站，与董家鸿院士、周宏灏院士签约共建精准外科与器官移植、精准医疗联合实验室等高水平平台建设。
技术先进，特色明显。获国家疑难病症诊治能力提升工程项目资助，获批地中海贫血预防控制能力提升项目。医院大力鼓励技术创新，通过特色技术推动学科发展。ECMO（人工膜肺氧合）开展数量和质量稳居广西第一，全国前列。是广西可开展器官移植、组织移植项目最多的医院，器官移植手术量突破700例。微创手术、移植手术、慢性病和地方病防治、传染病重症救治、白内障超声乳化手术、冠状动脉介入诊疗、多学科协作健康管理等广西领先，国内先进。第四代达芬奇XI手术机器人、各类腔镜微创手术技术常规开展。
人才完备，梯队合理。现有职工6059人，高级职称人员1003人，博、硕研究生1515人，全院享受政府特殊津贴专家25人、国家“百千万人才工程”第二层次人选1人、“广西新世纪十百千人才工程”第二层次人选11人、广西终身教授1人（返聘）、自治区优秀专家4人、自治区特聘专家2人、自治区高层次人才（D、E）5人，入选广西医学高层次骨干人才培养“139”计划培养人选领军人才1人、学科带头人3人、学科骨干11人，入选广西高校引进海外高层次人才“百人计划”1人。获批广西多学科协作健康管理人才小高地医教研协同，全面发展。作为非直属教学医院，我院实现了博导基地零的突破。现有博士生导师13名，硕士生导师109名。国家级、自治区级培训基地30多个，培养住院医师规范化培训学员2000余人，培养武汉大学医学院、广西医科大学等硕士生509人，每年接收实习生800余人。
医院坚持以临床应用创新和转化为核心，内部鼓励创新，外部借势借力霍普金斯大学、北京协和医院等顶尖科研平台，建立了符合医院实际的科技创新体系。“十三五”期间，建成生物样本库；获批广西首个在医院设立的博士后科研工作站，获批广西临床医学研究中心4个，获国家自然科学基金项目40项，获广西科技进步奖6项，获广西适宜卫生技术奖97项申报新技术项目94项。
医院积极承担大型公立医院职能担当，肩负支援基层医院能力提升、健康扶贫、突发医疗事件援助的重任。尤其是在2020年疫情防控工作中，医院战武汉、守边关、助香港、援柬埔寨、指导非洲抗疫，建设运营广西“小汤山医院”，多线抗疫尽显担当，铸就了人民生命安全防线。广西“小汤山医院”共收治108人，其中确诊病例81人，含重型危重型9人，是广西收治新冠肺炎患者数量最多的定点收治医院，创造了广西治愈人数最多、零死亡、医务人员零感染的佳绩，得到各级党委政府和社会各界的充分肯定。

ThePeople’sHospitalofGuangxiZhuangAutonomousRegionwasfoundedin1941.ItisthelargestClassAtertiarycomprehensivehospitalinGuangxiinitiatedbythePeople’sGovernmentoftheGuangxiZhuangAutonomousRegionandaffiliatedtotheHealthCommissionoftheGuangxiZhuangAutonomousRegion.Besides,thehospitaldirectlymanagedtheGuangxiAcademyofMedicalSciencesestablishedinMay2021.Thehospitalandits’academymainlyundertakethetasksofmedicalservice,research,education,preventivecare,rehabilitationandhealthmanagement.Untilnow,thepatternof"onehospitalwiththreedistricts"hasbeenformed,TaoyuanDistrict,EastDistrict,NorthDistrict(knownasYongwuDistrict),andalsoincludesoneindependentoutpatientdepartmentknownasXinghuoutpatientdepartment.Ithas3,755regularhospitalbedsandmorethan6000employees.Intheyearof2021,thehospitalhasserved2,871,900outpatientsandemergencyvisits,discharged110000inpatients.Thehospitalhasbeenawardedthetitledof“theNationalAdvancedInstitutionintheNationalHealthSystem”,“theNationalAdvancedInstitutioninFightingagainsttheCoronavirusDisease”,“theNominationAwardoftheChairman'sQualityAwardoftheAutonomousRegion”(rankedfirst),and“theAwardofModelsinAutonomousRegion”successivelyinrecentyears.

Advancedmedicaltechnologyandobviouscharacteristics.Ithasreceivedthenationalfundingofcomplexandrarediseasediagnosisandtreatmentcapacityimprovementproject,andwasapprovedtocarryoutthethalassemiapreventionandcontrolcapacityimprovementproject.Theprojectrelatedtocomplexandrarediseasediagnosisandtreatmentcapacityimprovementhasbeenentitledtospecialgovernmentallowance,andtheprojectinvolvedinimprovingthepreventionandcontrolcapacityofthethalassemiahasbeenapproved.Thehospitalvigorouslyencouragestechnologicalinnovationandpromotesthedevelopmentofdisciplinesthroughcharacteristictechnologies.ThequantityandqualityofECMOapplicationranksfirstinGuangxiandattheforefrontinthecountry.ItisthehospitalthatcancarryoutthemostorgantransplantationandtissuetransplantationprojectsinGuangxi,andthenumberoforgantransplantoperationsexceeded700.Thetechnologyofminimallyinvasivesurgery,transplantsurgery,preventionandtreatmentofchronicandendemicdiseases,severetreatmentofinfectiousdiseases,phacoemulsificationsurgeryofcataract,coronaryinterventionaldiagnosisandtreatment,multidisciplinarycollaborativehealthmanagementarekeepingaheadinGuangxiandattheforefrontinthecountry.ThefourthgenerationDaVincisurgicalrobotandvariousendoscopicminimallyinvasivesurgicaltechniquesareroutinelyoperatedinthehospital.
Sufficientexpertsandproperechelon.Thehospitalhasgatheredwith1003medicalexpertswithseniorprofessionaltitles,1,515postgraduateswithPH.D.andmasterdegrees,25expertswithspecialallowancefromtheStateCouncil,1expectwonthetitleof“NationalMillionsofTalentsProject",11expectswonthetitleof“GuangxiThousandsTalentsProject",4expectswonthe“AdvancedIndividualinNationalHealthSystem”.ThehospitalalsohasapprovedtobuildGuangxiMultidisciplinaryCollaborationHealthManagementTalentsPlatform,whichcollaborativelydevelopthemedicaltreatment,educationandresearchtogether.Asanon-directlyaffiliatedteachinghospital,wehaveachievedabreakthroughwiththedoctoraltutoringbase.Thereare13supervisorsfordoctoralprogramsand109formasteralprograms.Besides,therearemorethan30nationalandautonomousregionleveltrainingbasesoperatedbyourhospital,recruiting2000doctorstoattendstandardizedresidencytraining,collaborativelytrained509postgraduatewithWuhanUniversitySchoolofMedicineandGuangxiMedicalUniversity,wealsoacceptedmorethan800internseveryyear.
Thehospitalpersistsinthecoreofclinicalapplicationinnovationandtransformation,encouragesinnovationinternally,utilizestopscientificresearchplatformssuchasHopkinsUniversityandPekingUnionMedicalCollegeHospitalasthesourcesofreferencetoestablishatechnologicalinnovationsystemthatmeetstheactualneedsofthehospital.Duringthe"ThirteenthFive-YearPlan"period,thebiologicalsamplebankwasestablished;approvedtoestablishedthefirstpost-doctoralresearchstationinthehospitalinGuangxi.Wealsowon4“CentersofGuangxiClinicalMedicalResearch”,40“NationalNaturalScienceFoundationProjects”,6“GuangxiScienceandTechnologyProgressAward”,97“GuangxiAppropriateSanitationTechnologyAward”and94newtechnologyprojectshavebeendeclared.
Thehospitalactivelyundertakestheresponsibilityasalargescalepublichospital,andshoulderstheimportanttasksofsupportingthecapacityimprovementofprimaryhospitals,povertyalleviationthroughhealth,andassistanceformedicalemergencies.DuringthewarfightingagainstCOVID19epidemicin2020,thehospitalfoughtinvariousways,suppliedexpertstofoughttogetherwithWuhan,bordercities,HongKong,Cambodia,andtheAfricancountries.builtandoperatedtheGuangxi"XiaotangshanHospital".ThemultilineantiCOVID19showedourresponsibilitiesandcreatedasecuritylineofdefensetoprotectpeople'slives.Guangxi"XiaotangshanHospital"received108patients,including81confirmedpatients,9severeandcriticalpatients.Guangxi"XiaotangshanHospital"isthedesignatedhospitalwhichreceivedthelargestnumberofpatientscarriedcoronavirusinGuangxi.WereachedtheachievementsofthenumberofcuredpatientsrankedfirstinGuangxi,zerodeathofpatientsandzerostaffinfection.Thoseachievementshasbeenfullyaffirmedbythepartycommittees,governmentsandfromallwalksoflife.
